The original balcony area of this residential property was extended and included the cutting back and re-weathering of the existing standing seam roof to make way for the extended balcony with all new bespoke flashings as required. Further works included the addition of 2no Velux roof windows and supporting kerbs elsewhere within the standing seam roof.
